There are new attacks added to the game, according to this post stating that it is mostly for improved balance in Trainer Battles.
Armored Mewtwo is the latest Raid 5 boss. It doesn't look good because it's best ranking is against poison, only ranking 23 in DO@20. So it looks like Pokedex filler to me. Here is a link to the raid counters for Armored Mewtwo.
Lastly, I'm always updating the data with the latest Pokemon, even if I never post about it here. I've just gotten lazy about posting counters and stuff like that.
