Palkia is water and dragon type, where only dragon and fairy are all effective against it. So which of these five to use? It looks like dragon types. The list of top DO@20 counters against Palkia is:
- Rayquaza: Dragon Tail, Air Slash / Outrage
- Palkia: Dragon Tail, Dragon Breath / Draco Meteor
- Salamence: Dragon Tail / Draco Meteor
- Dragonite: Dragon Tail, Dragon Breath / Outrage, Draco Meteor
- Latios: Dragon Breath / Dragon Claw
- Latias: Dragon Breath / Outrage
- Gardevoir: Confusion, Charge Beam / Dazzling Gleam
- Gyarados: Dragon Tail / Outrage
- Togekiss: Hidden Power Dragon / Dazzling Gleam
- Granbull: Snarl / Play Rough
Weather
Weather changes the rankings, but they all look like minor changes. Pokemon move up or down one or two ranks and that's it.Move set
The different moves have little effect on the rankings, except for Draco Meteor. Draco Meteor hits hard and the dragon type counters don't last 20 seconds since dragon is super effective against dragon. So we have a new top 5.
The However, these guys are more about TDO than DPS. For me, I don't plan on using this list, list of top DO@20 counters against Palkia with Draco Meteor loses all the dragon types on the top of the list. but instead have a second and third party ready to go.
