Best Pokemon vs Deoxys Attack Form

Just like the normal form, Deoxys attack form is also psychic. As the name suggests, the attack form's attack increases 345 → 414. In return, the defense lowers 115 → 46. The stamina/HP doesn't change. So how does this change the rankings? Not much. But with such a large drop in defense, the DPS increases tremendously and this Tier 5 raid can be solo'ed. The list of top DO@20 counters for Deoxys (attack form) are:

2. Weavile: Feint Attack, Ice Shard / Foul Play
3. Mewtwo: Psycho Cut, Confusion / Shadow Ball
4. Houndoom: Snarl / Foul Play, Crunch
5. Shiftry: Feint Attack / Foul Play
6. Muk Alola: Bite / Dark Pulse
7. Honchkrow: Snarl / Dark Pulse
8. Scizor: Fury Cutter / X-Scissor
9. Absol: Snarl / Dark Pulse
10. Gardevoir: Charge Beam / Shadow Ball

As a psychic type, bug, dark and ghost types are super effective against it. Between the three, this list is dominated by dark types, or Pokemon using dark type moves.

Lets take a look at the list of top DO@20 counters for Deoxys Normal Form. There are many of the same counters, but in a slightly different order. Because of the attack form's higher attack, Pokemon with less HP are dropped from the top of the list since they won't last 20 seconds.
